At Rockin Butterfly Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔ Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact.
✔ Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
✔ Must be in resellable condition (i.e., no signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage).
Non-Returnable Items
🚫 Final sale or clearance items.
🚫 Gift cards.
🚫 Personalized or custom-made products.
🚫 Intimate apparel (such as lingerie) for hygiene reasons.
🚫 Any item marked as "Non-Returnable" in the product description.
2. Return Process
A. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email amy@rockinbutterfly.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3️⃣ Shipping the Return: You must ship the item back using a trackable shipping service to:

4️⃣ Processing the Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
💡 Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the item.
💳 Payment Method & Refund Timing:
Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
PayPal: 3-5 business days.
Gift Card Purchases: Refunds will be issued as store credit.
❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:
The item is returned after 30 days from delivery.
The item is damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error.
The return is missing the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend:
1️⃣ Placing a new order for the desired item.
2️⃣ Returning the original item for a refund following our standard return process.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing amy@rockinbutterfly.com with:
📸 Photos of the item and packaging.
📦 Your order number.
📝 A brief description of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs for incorrect or damaged items.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.
7. Store Credit & Gift Returns
If you return a gift, we can provide store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
